Jobgether is seeking a Billing Support Specialist based in the Netherlands to deliver a seamless billing experience for customers across international markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

The role requires 2+ years in customer support with billing experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work asynchronously with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support with billing exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with asynchronous communication and globally distributed teams.
• Ability to explain technical billing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing inquiries and payment disputes with accuracy and empathy.
• Investigate and troubleshoot billing issues and invoice discrepancies.
• Guide customers to relevant docs, code samples, and resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams when needed.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering to improve processes and tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.
