Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Payment Manager based in the Netherlands to support onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners in a fast-paced, international environment. You will coordinate documentation, maintain partner communications, and track onboarding from application to activation.

The role emphasizes structured processes, ownership, and ongoing operational improvements, with opportunities for growth within an ambitious global organization.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role or related operations position.
• Experience in fintech/payments is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with international partners in professional English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners to complete required steps.
• Prepare, collect, review, and submit KYB documentation and applications.
• Maintain regular communication with external partners and follow up on requests.
• Track onboarding statuses, deadlines, and actions to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and partner information.
• Support daily payment operations and ensure payment accounts run smoothly.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of operational issues; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet requirements and activate accounts.
