Jobgether is seeking a Billing Support Specialist based in the Netherlands to deliver a seamless billing experience across international markets. You will handle a wide range of billing inquiries and assist customers with payment issues, invoice discrepancies, and account questions.

Working with customers and engineering teams, you will investigate complex cases, create test scenarios, and contribute to product quality by reproducing issues and expanding test coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support with billing exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous teams and global collaboration.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to customer billing inquiries, covering billing questions, usage optimization, and payment disputes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-specific billing issues, including failed payments and outstanding invoices.
• Triage incoming cases and guide customers toward relevant documentation and technical resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams when needed.
• Identify opportunities to develop or improve internal tools to increase support efficiency.
• Reproduce technical issues and create test cases to improve troubleshooting and coverage.
