Job summary

Fresha, the AI-powered operating system for beauty and wellness, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Amsterdam team with remote options across Europe. You will identify and win new partners, driving new business growth and reporting to the General Manager of Europe.

In this role you will own the full sales cycle, conduct product demos, negotiate partnerships, and contribute to Fresha's European expansion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Hunter mindset with proactive, commercially minded selling approach.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, payments, or beauty/wellness is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required for this role.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: consistently hit sales targets by engaging decision-makers via phone, email, social outreach and in-person meetings.
• Own the Full Sales Cycle: manage opportunities from prospecting to close, deliver demos, uncover needs and position Fresha solutions.
• Build Strong Partnerships: act as the commercial contact throughout the sales process and nurture trusted partner relationships.
