MantraAssist is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of AI-powered solutions across the Netherlands. You will identify potential clients, understand their business challenges, present suitable AI and automation solutions, and build relationships with business decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, experience with AI/SaaS, and comfort working remotely with Netherlands-based clients. Dutch language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or related field.
• Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, software or digital solutions.
• Familiarity with the Dutch technology market and business landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new B2B AI/automation sales opportunities in the Netherlands.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and present AI/automation solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and coordinate with internal teams.
