Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director of B2B Marketing in the Netherlands to lead strategic marketing for a portfolio of B2B clients. This fully remote role requires senior-level expertise across paid and organic channels and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

You will oversee geo and seo initiatives, develop integrated campaigns, and communicate insights to executives. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with global reach awaits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years B2B marketing experience, including agency background.
• Expertise in paid and organic multi-channel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting.
• Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, funnels.
• Experience managing B2B client relationships and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and translating data into recommendations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and spend allocation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building skills.
• Strategic and hands-on approach to execution.
• Ability to lead multiple clients and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate goals into channel strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and campaign results to executives.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and support new business development.
• Lead paid and organic B2B marketing across channels.
• Oversee GEO, SEO, content and organic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Establish KPIs connecting activities to leads and revenue.
• Monitor campaigns to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
