• Experience leading second-line sales leaders across international markets.
• Track record of hyper-growth sales theatre and significant revenue growth.

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate EMEA strategy into a localised GTM plan.
• Attract, hire, and coach RVPs and regional directors.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting: monthly, quarterly, annual.
• Collaborate with SEs, CS, Channel, Marketing, Product, Legal, Deal Desk.
• Build relationships with CISO and C-suite executives at enterprise accounts.
• Foster a high-performance culture across diverse regions.
