Job summary

Wiz is seeking an established, growth-minded sales executive to join as VP, Sales EMEA. Located in the Netherlands, the role will set vision and strategy for cross-functional teams to maximise revenue and operational excellence across mature and emerging markets.

The VP will manage AVPs and RVPs, drive pipeline velocity, and nurture CISO/C-suite relationships while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Legal to shape global product roadmap and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience as a second-line sales leader managing AVPs, RVPs, or regional sales directors across international markets.
• Track record of leading a hyper-growth sales theatre with $50M+ ARR responsibility and significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate global strategy into a localised EMEA GTM plan and drive revenue growth.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top-tier sales leaders; mentor second-line leadership structures.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline management; align cross-functional teams to execute GTM motion.
