Job summary

Profitap in Eindhoven is seeking a senior sales leader to drive international growth across enterprise accounts. You will build and manage a high-performance sales team, shape go-to-market strategies, and expand into new markets with strategic partners.

With deep industry contacts in network visibility and cybersecurity, you will lead negotiations with CISOs, CTOs, and IT directors, while delivering a robust pipeline and revenue targets in a fast-moving, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology sales with leadership experience.
• Experience selling network visibility, cybersecurity, or related infra.
• Strong channel and partner ecosystem development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Set objectives and KPIs and create a culture of accountability.
• Develop new markets, territories, and strategic accounts.
• Build and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Generate new business and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
• Leverage industry network to introduce Profitap.
• Develop relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, resellers and partners.
• Manage strategic sales opportunities from discovery to closing.
• Engage with CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Network/ Security Architects.
• Develop and strengthen Profitap’s channel network.
• Represent Profitap at meetings, conferences and events.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
