A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Reintegration Advisor to manage sickness absence cases in Amsterdam. The role involves acting as the key contact for employees and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Dutch social security regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience with the Gatekeeper Act, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience with the Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and sickness absence management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly distill complex cases into actionable insights.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills; able to drive adherence to reintegration timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sickness absence portfolio for long-term and/or complex cases.
• Serve as the single point of contact for employees, managers, HR advisors, and external Arbo services.
• Ensure full compliance with the Gatekeeper Act and internal absence management policies.
• Coordinate all required actions, documentation, and communication throughout the reintegration process.
• Maintain accurate, detailed administration to support reliable data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies related to sickness and reintegration.
