JP Gray is partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Reintegration Advisor (Case Manager) to strengthen their internal specialist team.
As a Case Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for employees, managers, HR Advisors (HRA), and external occupational health partners. You will guide all parties through the full sickness absence and reintegration process in compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and internal company policies.
This impactful role ensures optimal, sustainable reintegration for employees while advising the business on actions, improvements, and opportunities for early interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sickness absence portfolio for long-term and/or complex cases.
- Serve as the single point of contact for employees, people managers, HR advisors, and external Arbo services (e.g., company doctor, mediators, workability specialists).
- Ensure full compliance with the Gatekeeper Act and internal absence management policies.
- Coordinate all required actions, documentation, and communication throughout the reintegration process.
- Maintain accurate, detailed administration to support reliable data, reporting, and analytics.
- Partner closely with HR Operations and other business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Dutch social security institution requirements.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to HR, leadership, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies related to sickness and reintegration.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience with the Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and sickness absence management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly distill complex cases into actionable insights.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills; able to drive adherence to reintegration timelines and action plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage expectations and elevate when necessary.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for handling sensitive and confidential situations.
