Job summary

Sire Search zoekt een Casemanager Verzuim voor een internationale voedselproducent met meerdere locaties. Je begeleidt medewerkers bij ziekteverzuim en re-integratie volgens Dutch wetgeving en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, managers en locatieleiders.

Je combineert operationele casemanagement met advieswerk en levert een bijdrage aan continue verbetering om ziektedagen te verlagen en welzijn te bevorderen.

Qualifications

• HBO niveau opleiding en analytisch denkvermogen.
• Geregistreerde casemanager (CROV of RCCM/RCMC).
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in verzuim/absence management.
• Goede kennis van Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Uitstekende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken en goed te plannen.

Responsibilities

• Beheer ziekteverzuimtrajecten vanaf eerste ziektedag.
• Zorg voor naleving Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Voer regelmatige verzuim- en re-integratiegesprekken.
• Vertaal adviezen van de bedrijfsarts naar concrete planningen.
• Adviseer medewerkers, leidinggevenden en plantmanagers.
• Ondersteun re-integratieproces en IVA/WIA-aanvragen.
• Draag bij aan preventiestrategieën voor verzuim.
• Neem deel aan procesverbeterprojecten.
• Reis regelmatig naar vestigingen in Oost-Nederland.

About the Role

As a Casemanager Verzuim, you will guide employees throughout their sickness absence and reintegration journey in accordance with Dutch legislation. You will act as the central point of contact for employees, managers, and site leaders, ensuring a smooth and compliant absence management process.

This role combines operational case management with advisory responsibilities and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing absenteeism and improving employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee sickness absence cases from the first day of absence
• Ensure compliance with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
• Conduct regular absence and reintegration meetings
• Translate occupational physician recommendations into actionable plans
• Advise employees, managers, and plant managers on absence related matters
• Support employees throughout reintegration processes
• Manage IVA and WIA application processes
• Contribute to absenteeism prevention strategies
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Travel regularly to multiple locations across Eastern Netherlands

Requirements

• HBO level education and thinking ability
• Registered Casemanager certification (CROV or RCCM/RCMC)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in absence management
• Strong knowledge of the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
• Experience working independently
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Accurate, pragmatic, and detail oriented approach
• Experience within a large international organization
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Own transportation available for site visits
• Experience with Xpertsuite and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred

Other Information

• Approximately 3 days per week visiting sites across Eastern Netherlands
