Job summary

Personio seeks a Web Performance Manager to boost regional web experiences across UKI and Benelux. You’ll partner with Marketing, PMM, Content, and Tech to drive performance, CRO and conversion-focused pages. The 6‑month fixed-term role requires 3 days in the Amsterdam office with flexible remote days, and a data-driven, UX‑minded approach.

You’ll analyse metrics, support page builds, campaigns and localisation, and stay ahead on AI-driven web practices to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in web performance, CRO, digital marketing, or website operations.
• Analytical and experimentation skills with data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on web execution with landing/campaign page experience.
• Commercial mindset linking web metrics to pipeline and regional impact.
• Collaborative in cross-functional marketing and technical teams.
• Comfort with CMS platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional web performance and insights to identify opportunities.
• Act as primary web contact for UKI and Benelux Marketing teams.
• Plan, build and optimise regional web pages and campaign destinations.
• Contribute to experimentation and CRO efforts with region-specific learnings.
• Apply UX principles to improve clarity, usability, and conversion.
• Provide regional inputs into reporting and momentum-building insights.
• Explore AI-enabled web practices to enhance performance and workflows.
