Job summary

Consult in the Netherlands is seeking an Interim Senior CRO Specialist to lead the conversion rate optimisation strategy across its Benelux e-commerce platform.

You will own the CRO roadmap, translate data into actionable insights, coach online marketing specialists, run A/B tests from hypothesis to rollout, and report CRO impact to senior stakeholders, aligning goals with performance KPIs. This role offers a strategic, high-impact position within a global consumer goods business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO experience in a large e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong analytics knowledge and data-driven approach.
• English fluency; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience leading CRO discussions and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the CRO strategy and roadmap for the Benelux e-commerce platform.
• Coach online marketing specialists on CRO topics and best practices.
• Analyse the full user journey to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Run and prioritise A/B tests from hypothesis development through rollout.
• Translate data into clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
• Report CRO performance and impact to the team and senior stakeholders.
• Align CRO goals with KPIs of the Performance Marketing team.
• Present and defend your strategy to stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Integrate CRO strategy with wider Performance Marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with online marketing across product categories.
