DLIVR.NL is seeking an Interim Senior CRO Specialist to lead the conversion rate optimisation strategy for the Benelux e-commerce site. You will turn data into insights and drive CRO discussions within the Performance Marketing team.

You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to deliver measurable growth, guiding specialists and aligning CRO with broader KPIs. English fluency is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years proven CRO experience in large e-commerce/retail
• Strong analytics tool knowledge (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with app traffic and performance analysis
• Solid understanding of UX principles and user journey analysis
• Ability to lead CRO discussions and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Structured, data-driven, pragmatic with focus on results
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus

• Develop, own and lead the CRO strategy and roadmap for the Benelux site
