Job summary

Damen Services in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Manager/Regional Service Manager for Asia to lead service activities and manage Asia-region accounts from our Dutch office. You will work with the Sales department to deliver outstanding service performance and contribute to vessel sales through strong service delivery.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong communication in English, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling complex accounts.
• Strong business knowledge combining technical, logistical and commercial aspects.
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and attract new clients in the Asia region.
• Be the single point of contact for customers and coordinate service delivery.
• Consult with clients on technical, functional and assignment specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for complex relations.
• Gather market information to prepare and implement a regional business plan.
• Monitor project progress and flag deviations from specifications and contracts.
