Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team responsible for driving adoption and growth of the Neurovascular portfolio across the Nordics and Benelux. You will develop commercial strategies, build partnerships with clinical stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires extensive travel across the Nordics and Benelux, and is performed from remote/hospital settings with frequent customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with medical device sales experience.
• Experience leading field-based commercial teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Experience selling in neurovascular/interventional hospital markets.
• Knowledge of national healthcare funding pathways/procurement within the region.
• Ability to travel extensively across Nordics and Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve regional revenue, market share, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across thrombectomy, aneurysm, and embolisation portfolios.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, neurointerventional physicians, stroke specialists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Partner with Strategic Account Management, Marketing, Medical Education, and Clinical teams to align activities and engagement plans.
• Support adoption of new technologies through customer education, clinical collaboration, physician training, and product launches.
• Manage regional forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning to support growth and operational effectiveness.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategy and execution.
• Ensure consistent execution within complex hospital environments and time-critical pathways.
