Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a Regional IWS Trainer to deploy and standardize IWS, TPM, and Lean across multiple manufacturing sites in the Netherlands. You will coach frontline teams, build capability, and drive a culture of zero-loss thinking.

Focus is on eliminating losses, improving OEE, and developing sustainable site leadership through structured training and mentoring. Willingness to travel regularly between plants is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in continuous improvement roles (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or IWS) within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on shop-floor coaching on IWS, TPM, and Lean methodologies.
• Capability Mapping: Develop skills matrices, identify training gaps, and design tailored learning plans for different plant levels.
• Leadership Mentoring: Coach and certify site-level IWS Managers and pillar leads to ensure self-sufficiency.
• Phase Progress Audits: Lead health checks and pillar assessments to evaluate implementation maturity.
• Loss Elimination: Guide teams in root-cause analysis to eliminate manufacturing waste.
• Best Practice Sharing: Capture and deploy successful local initiatives across facilities.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as central contact between global IWS steering and plant managers.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor OEE, MTBF, training completion, and phase progression milestones.
