Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in the Benelux market seeks a Senior Strategy Supply Chain Project Lead to drive strategic programs delivering Growth, Cost, Quality and Sustainability targets.

You will partner with manufacturing sites and CS&L to design masterplans for high-capex, high-complexity initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and guide projects through governance gates, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data and deliver results.
• Experience in Supply Chain and project management.
