PepsiCo in the Netherlands is hiring a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager to drive major programs in the Benelux market unit. You will partner with manufacturing sites and CS&L to develop master plans, manage gate processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver growth, cost, quality, and sustainability targets.

Responsibilities include leading project steercos, preparing CARs, and maintaining executive-level communications.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial acumen and understanding of P&Ls.
• Project management skills; Microsoft Project proficiency preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across the business.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build winning teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Strategic SC Project Masterplans in collaboration with manufacturing sites and CS&L.
• Lead prime mover for strategic projects with high capex and complexity.
• Coordinate with wider project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare Capital Appropriation Requests.
• Monitor governance gates and project charters.
• Communicate project status and strategy to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across BU and Sector.
