Job summary

IRCA Group seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR policies and initiatives across its Netherlands locations (Tilburg, Heerhugowaard) and Belgian sites. You will partner with Plant Managers and leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness, payroll oversight, workforce planning, and compliance with local legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
• Fluent in Dutch/English
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation
• Experience with payroll processes and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Advise Plant Managers and line managers on HR-related matters
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Group standards and local law
• Manage organizational blueprint and job profiles
• Develop and monitor HR budgets including labor costs
• Lead salary reviews and performance management per Group guidelines
• Maintain employee handbook and salary structures
• Ensure compliance with Dutch/Belgian employment laws
• Coordinate external HR service providers
• Support talent development across locations
• Support HR reporting with Finance and Controlling
