Job summary

ICL Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support production sites in Heerlen and Grobbendonk. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can also execute hands-on initiatives within a dynamic industrial setting. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, leading organizational change, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and fluency in Dutch and English. This position offers the opportunity to shape HR strategies and make a substantial impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, including strong site-based HR responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
• Experience working with Works Councils.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Plant Managers and senior leaders on HR topics.
• Drive change and organizational development initiatives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian labor laws.
• Lead performance management and talent development.
• Act as the main HR contact for both sites.
