COREcruitment Ltd seeks a Regional Director of Sales for hotels in the Netherlands. This senior role leads the commercial performance across a multi-property portfolio, driving revenue growth and shaping the sales culture.

You will own regional sales strategy, manage and develop sales teams, oversee key segments, establish pricing standards, and build executive relationships with accounts and partners. Travel across the Dutch portfolio is expected.

Formación

• Experience: 6+ years in hotel sales, with multi-property or regional leadership experience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen: Strong command of sales tech, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Languages: English fluent; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and market-share growth across a portfolio of hotels
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales teams across multiple properties
• Drive results across corporate, MICE, leisure, groups, and OTA/distribution partnerships
• Establish pricing, account management, and business development standards in alignment with group strategy
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and partners
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize top-line performance
• Represent the region in quarterly commercial reviews with senior leadership
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
