Mindspace Netherlands seeks a Regional Lead to drive revenue, occupancy and hospitality across all locations. You will own the market end-to-end, shaping commercial strategy and leading Sales, Community and Operations teams.

You will partner with European leadership to transform the market, strengthen the team, and scale the operation while delivering strong P&L performance and a superior member experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in a senior management role with commercial or multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong commercial leadership with track record in sales and growth.
• Experience managing multi-location operations and diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in Dutch and English; based in the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Own Mindspace Netherlands performance including revenue, occupancy, retention and profitability.
• Lead Dutch Sales, Community and Operations teams to high performance.
• Drive transformation and scale the market with improved processes and commercial strategies.
• Oversee market-level P&L, budgets, forecasting and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, brokers and partners.
• Ensure hospitality and operational excellence across all locations.
• Collaborate with European leadership and global HQ on strategy and execution.
• Support new location launches and future expansion in the Netherlands.
