SumUp in The Hague is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Area Manager to lead our on-the-ground growth. You will recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 8–10 self-employed reps, and scale our footprint across multiple cities.

As the local founder, you will own your territory, collaborate with HQ to deliver strategic insights, set ambitious KPIs, and drive performance with data-informed decisions. Expect a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales leadership and drive in fast-paced markets.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and coach a freelance/commission-based team.
• Strong focus on performance metrics and territory growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead field sales efforts and sell SumUp POS and card readers in the region.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach 8-10 self-employed reps.
• Launch and grow presence across multiple cities and territories.
• Set goals, monitor KPIs, and improve sales conversion and team output.
• Represent SumUp locally and collaborate with HQ for strategic insights.
