Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Regional Manager for the Netherlands, based from Amsterdam with regional travel to The Hague, Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. You will own regional performance, launch two new hubs, and coach Territory Managers to scale a four-hub operation.

You’ll oversee forecasting, pipeline and profitability, collaborating with Sales, Ops, People, Finance, Marketing and Product to drive growth across all SumUp products.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales leadership experience with regional or multi-site roles.
• Experience coaching field sales managers or Territory Managers.
• Proven track record opening new hubs or territories while scaling operations.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management and profitability understanding; comfortable with CRM and sales data.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
• Lead the launch of The Hague and Eindhoven hubs from hiring to operation.
• Coach Territory Managers to lead field sales consultants effectively.
• Create a consistent coaching, reporting and performance-tracking framework across all hubs.
• Grow sales across SumUp products while managing CAC, payback and margins.
• Keep cross-functional stakeholders updated on regional progress.
