Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Learning Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to lead the regional digital learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia. You will design blended learning journeys, roll out digital solutions, and build a learning community while supervising the Digital Learning intern.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and Europe Learning teams to maximise adoption and impact, ensuring strategic alignment and ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Learning or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital learning strategy and project management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term digital learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia.
• Design blended learning paths tailored to regional stakeholders (wholesale, retail).
• Lead digital learning innovation initiatives and manage platform rollout.
• Oversee content creation and adaptation with trainers and interns.
• Oversee LMS data management and analytics to drive actionable insights.
