Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Training intern based in Amsterdam for a 6-month program starting December 2026 in the Benelux & Scandinavia Training team. You will support digital learning creation, translate materials into three languages, and help shape learning strategy with KPI analyses.

You will collaborate daily with Beauty Advisors, training communities, and other departments to deliver useful, multilingual digital content and events.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• HBO or WO studies in human resources, psychology, communication & media or sales.
• Digital native profile skilled in MS Office, Power BI and creative tools (InDesign, Canva).
• Project management, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital mobile learnings that make training more accessible to field teams.
• Design digital content answering local training needs: guides, visuals, presentations.
• Steer the translation of learning materials into the 3 local languages, on time and on quality.
• Co-build the learning strategy and inform decisions through learning KPIs and analyses.
• Drive the communication plan for the digital applications: copywriting, content calendar.
