Job summary

Mediq is seeking a Senior Learning & Capability Specialist to align business priorities with scalable learning solutions across Benelux. You will partner with leaders, HR and operations to design, implement and evaluate impactful programs that boost performance and development.

You will own end‑to‑end learning initiatives, advise on design approaches, and coordinate internal and external partners to deliver measurable impact across functions and countries.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in learning-needs analysis and instructional design.
• Strong programme and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear capability roadmaps and scalable learning solutions.
• Strong consultative stakeholder-management and business-partnering skills.
• Experience with digital, blended and workplace learning approaches.
• Confidence working with learning technologies, learning platforms and authoring tools.
• Ability to define learning outcomes, success measures and translate evaluation into actionable insights.
• Experience delivering complex learning programmes across functions, countries and/or business units.
• Experience managing external learning providers and multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
• Practical facilitation experience and the ability to adapt learning methods to different audiences.
• A strong interest in continuous learning, innovation and measurable organisational impact.
• Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of learning and capability initiatives from initial analysis through design, implementation and evaluation.
• Translate business priorities and capability needs into clear learning approaches.
• Design scalable learning solutions using strong instructional design principles.
• Lead learning initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Advise on learning design, authoring tools, learning platforms and delivery methods.
• Build capability roadmaps connecting organisational priorities with practical development interventions.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators and subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate external learning providers and ensure quality and consistency of delivery.
• Utilise learning data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve impact.
• Support digital, blended and workplace learning solutions for diverse audiences.
