Mediq is seeking a Senior Learning & Capability Specialist to connect business priorities with scalable learning interventions across Benelux. You will design, implement and evaluate learning programs, partnering with leaders, HR and providers to drive measurable impact.

This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with hybrid working and opportunities to shape a high-performing learning culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in learning-needs analysis and instructional design.
• Strong programme and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear capability roadmaps and scalable learning solutions.
• Strong consultative stakeholder-management and business-partnering skills.
• Experience with digital, blended and workplace learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of learning and capability initiatives from analysis through design, implementation and evaluation.
• Translate business priorities into clear learning approaches and roadmaps.
• Design scalable learning solutions using solid instructional design principles.
• Lead learning initiatives from needs analysis through evaluation.
• Advise on learning design, authoring tools, platforms and delivery methods.
