Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Digital Learning Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to drive regional learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia.

You’ll design blended journeys, roll out digital solutions and build a learning community, collaborating with Europe Learning teams and regional stakeholders to maximise adoption and impact. You will mentor the Digital Learning intern, manage content with trainers, and ensure alignment with global and Europe teams while leveraging data insights for

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Learning or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital learning strategy and project management.
• Strong data analysis mindset; translate insights into actions.
• Ability to lead with or without direct reporting and manage an intern.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch/French/Scandinavian languages a plus.
• Fully available and based in/around Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term digital learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia.
• Align with regional marketing and commercial teams; collaborate with Europe Learning.
• Represent regions within the European Digital Learning Community.
• Design blended learning paths for wholesale and retail.
• Anchor routines to foster engagement and learning time.
• Lead the rollout of the new digital learning platform.
• Oversee content creation with trainers and interns.
• Monitor LMS data and provide actionable insights with Excel/PowerBI.
• Manage the digital learning budget and supervise the intern.
