Qualificações

• Extensive experience in airfreight operations (min. 5 years) with import, export, and warehouse processes.
• Proven leadership with disciplinary and functional responsibility for operational teams.
• Significant experience in multi-site coordination and regional operational alignment.
• Strong track record in budget responsibility and performance management.
• Sound understanding of end-to-end airfreight processes and network dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on exception management and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full transparency of shipment flows across the regional network through dashboards and tracking tools.
• Maintain real-time visibility of milestones, shipment status, and operational risks across systems.
• Proactively identify potential disruptions and drive mitigation actions with stations and gateways.
• Lead identification, escalation, and resolution of operational exceptions (e.g., delays, capacity constraints, customs holds, documentation issues).
• Coordinate cross-functional responses between stations, gateways, carriers, and customer service teams.
