Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking ambitious Salespeople to join our team and accelerate their careers as sales recruiters in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll combine sales, business development and relationship management with recruitment expertise, building a network of clients and candidates while driving revenue growth through a target-driven, rewards-based model.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of sales experience B2B/B2C.
• Confident, proactive, commercially driven and a sales mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Money motivated.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• You have a higher professional level of thinking and working.
• Fluent in Dutch or German + English.

Responsibilities

• Winning New Business: Prospect, pitch, and convert new clients via calls, emails, online meetings.
• Growing Accounts: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers to secure repeat business.
• Head-Hunting Top Talent: Identify and attract high-calibre candidates to meet client needs.
• Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing solutions that add real value.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, manage offers, and secure successful placements.
