Job summary
DEPT is seeking a Recruitment Lead for Digital Experience & Engineering to shape our talent strategy across EMEA. You will partner with leadership to build proactive pipelines and hire senior talent for UX/UI, Digital Strategy, and Technical Project Management.
You will champion candidate experience, pioneer sourcing channels, and use data to drive decisions. This senior role combines hands-on recruitment with strategic leadership in a fast-paced, partner-led agency environment.
Qualifications
- Significant in-house recruitment experience in digital/ integrated agencies.
- Experience hiring for UX/UI Design, Digital Strategy, Account Management, TPM.
- Experience recruiting in multiple EMEA markets; adapt to local contexts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent strategy for Digital Experience across EMEA.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership; translate briefs into mandates.
- Use data to drive hiring decisions and unblock leadership.
- Pioneer sourcing channels, AI tooling, and modern assessment approaches.
- Build proactive pipelines and market maps for rapid future fills.
- Head-hunt senior talent; leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
