Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a senior leader to own the emerging AI creative practice across EMEA, combining technology, content, and paid media to expand client engagements and revenue. You will guide R&D, shape proposals, and embed new capabilities in strategic client relationships.

You will succeed by balancing proven production tools with an experimentation track, ensuring the practice stays ahead of the market and integrates with existing DEPT® ecosystems and projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across creative agency, content production, or applied creative technology with leadership experience.
• Track record of winning and growing creative technology / AI work commercially.
• Hands-on credibility across copy, image, video, and audio generation and client storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the emerging AI creative practice across the region, win and shape new business, pitches, scopes and commercial models.
• Own the R&D agenda and product thinking for the practice and embed capability across client relationships.
• Balance production tools with experimentation to create new revenue streams and standardize successful approaches.
• Collaborate with Deptify and Studio teams to align edge and core offerings and drive delivery.
