DEPT® is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. You will screen applicants, guide candidates through the process, and collaborate with hiring managers to shape role requirements in a vibrant, hybrid Amsterdam setting.

You’ll learn how to attract top talent, build a steady pipeline, and help integrate new hires with our culture, including exposure to AI-driven sourcing and a buddy program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screenings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with AI in recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and screen resumes for various roles.
• Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidates.
• Guide candidates through recruitment with timely updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and offers.
• Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
