Center Parcs Europe is seeking a Recruitment Experience Designer to be at the centre of change in our recruitment. This early-career role focuses on making the application and hiring experience better by looking through the eyes of candidates and hiring managers.

You'll experiment with AI tools, test new approaches, and help shape the future of recruiting across four European markets while working with recruiters, hiring managers and IT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Early-career role focused on designing recruitment experiences.
• Experience or interest in UX, HR, marketing or related fields.
• Strong English communication; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager journey.
• Optimise our career website and ATS for experience, not just function.
• Identify friction points and design better touchpoints across four countries.
• Actively test and experiment with AI tools and new technologies for recruitment.
• Strengthen the visibility of our careers site and employer brand online.
• Run small pilots, gather feedback, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and Group IT to bring ideas to life.
