Job summary

De Jong Packaging by Stora Enso offers a recruitment internship within an international organization. You will support the recruitment process, write and publish vacancies, screen CVs, and conduct interviews, while actively searching for talent and assisting with onboarding.

You will participate in career fairs and contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns, with guidance from an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. The role is based in De Lier, NL, with an informal atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field.
• You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented.
• You have good command of Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates.
• Actively search for talent on different platforms.
• Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues.
• Participate in career fairs.
• Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday).
• Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.
