Job summary

Viking is offering an internship in HR Recruitment based in Venlo. You will join an international team and lead the campus recruitment and internship cycle, coordinating interns and managers across several departments.

The role focuses on recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding support, and HR operations, with opportunities to contribute to broader HR initiatives and development programs.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd year Bachelor student in HRM, International Business or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Proactive, confident, and able to approach others.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for new interns across the organization.
• Coordinate the full internship recruitment cycle across multiple departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for both interns and managers.
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, stakeholder management, and HR operations.
• Contribute to additional projects aligned with your strengths and interests.
• Represent Viking at career fairs, guest lectures, and university events.
