Job summary

Gisou is seeking a Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern in Amsterdam to support the full recruitment journey and build our identity as an employer of choice. You’ll assist with content creation, events, interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience in a fast‑growing international setting.

You'll gain hands‑on HR exposure, contribute to talent attraction, and help develop DE&I initiatives while working closely with the HR team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor/ master student in HR, Organisational Studies, Business or similar.
• A great communicator, and have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outgoing, proactive & well‑organised.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel logistics for candidates (flights, hotels as needed).
• Communicate interview details to candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Source and screen internship candidates; review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Assist with offer letters and employment contracts; support onboarding and ATS records.
• Help develop employer branding strategies; create content for social media and career pages.
• Organise employer branding events and participate in campus recruitment activities.
• Support DE&I initiatives as part of our employer branding efforts.
