COREcruitment is expanding its Amsterdam team and is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant with agency experience. You will focus on building relationships, winning new business, and placing candidates across hospitality, retail and service sectors.

What we’re looking for

You’re ambitious, commercially minded and enjoy making things happen.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Experience within hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate with people
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your own desk
• Strong business development skills, including generating leads and winning new clients
• Confidence negotiating contracts and developing client relationships
• The ability to manage a large existing database while handling a high volume of applications and enquiries
• A genuine drive to build a successful recruitment career
