COREcruitment is hiring a driven Recruitment Consultant in Amsterdam. The role focuses on agency recruitment, building relationships with clients and candidates, and earning uncapped commissions. You’ll join an international team with strong growth, collaboration and fun values.

Two weeks of remote work after probation, plus hybrid working and clear career development. Ideal candidates have agency recruitment experience and the drive to win business and make placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage.

What we're looking for

You're ambitious, commercially minded and enjoy making things happen.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Experience within hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate with people
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your own desk
• Strong business development skills, including generating leads and winning new clients
• Confidence negotiating contracts and developing client relationships
• The ability to manage a large existing database while handling a high volume of applications and enquiries
• A genuine drive to build a successful recruitment career
