Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter mentality and ability to manage your own desk.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and secure placements for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Drive revenue through uncapped commissions and team incentives.
