You will proactively source talent, build strong pipelines and partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles. This part-time, hybrid role in Cruquius focuses on strong candidate experience and rapid, high-quality hires for a fast-growing HospitalityTech company.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success or Customer Support roles.
• Ability to build proactive pipelines across multiple markets/countries.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success and Support.
• Coordinate interviews and provide market feedback to hiring managers.
