Job summary

Panda International is expanding its presence in Medical Technology and Digital Health. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent team in Amsterdam.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, responsible for business development and candidate delivery across specialist markets. You’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, develop long-term client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our sector presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruitment within life sciences or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to develop new business and expand client accounts.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent team. This is a true 360 recruitment role, responsible for both business development and candidate delivery across specialist markets.

You’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, develop long-term client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence within the sector.

What We're Looking For

• Background in technical recruitment.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Experience building and growing markets, accounts, or business areas.
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously.
• Professional, resilient, and energetic approach.
• Strong track record of delivering results and contributing to business growth.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.
