Receiving and Shipping Clerk

The Receiving and Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers, warehouse staff, and customers to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify shipment accuracy, inspect for damages, and maintain detailed shipping and receiving records.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries, assigning dock doors, and preparing documentation such as blind tallies and bills of lading.
• Support inventory checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Apply Lean 5S and Continuous Improvement principles to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
