Job summary

APL Logistics is expanding its Amsterdam warehouse and seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily inbound/outbound inventory operations. You will resolve customer issues and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment, reporting to warehouse leadership.

The role focuses on coordinating picking/packing, inbound goods, and inventory control while collaborating with customer service and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily picking & packing processes.
• Oversee inbound process of goods.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, overages, shortages, and damages.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, customer service, and clients to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Manage customer claims and coordinate scrapping of obsolete or end-of-life inventory.
• Provide training on inventory systems (PKMS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Warehouse Coordinator.

The typical salary range for this position is: €32.954 - € 44.750 (paid on 13 -month salaries + holiday allowance)

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
