Role

We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Super User Supervisor. The Super User Supervisor is responsible for supporting system implementations, supporting users, and ensuring smooth operational processes across our warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, implementation, and optimization of operational systems to support warehouse and logistics processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between country operations and regional/corporate functions for system-related topics.
• Document system interfaces and maintain accurate records of current and future system states.
• Support end users by providing system knowledge, training, and updates aligned with system upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure successful EDI integrations and system usability.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in IT or logistics, with a focus on operational systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Experience in change management and local project coordination is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional communication effectively
• Strong experience with WMS systems
