Job summary

BYD Europe BV (Hoofddorp) is seeking a Finance-Business Support Specialist focusing on rebate settlement and sales performance analysis. You will work directly with the Head of Finance to ensure accurate rebate processing and robust financial reporting for Benelux operations.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, data alignment, and building insights to support sales targets and risk control. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus
• Minimum 3 years in financial reporting, settlement review or business finance support
• Advanced Excel and data processing skills
• Strong understanding of corporate financial workflows and internal controls
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to explain data insights to stakeholders
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Review monthly and quarterly rebate settlement documents for accuracy and timeliness
• Evaluate sales policies and release official guidelines
• Prepare standardized rebate statements and consolidate reports
• Design automatic reporting templates to track sales, profit and target completion
• Collaborate with sales and operations to standardize data and resolve discrepancies
• Support process optimization and trial new finance tools
