Job summary

BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across CRM, ERP, and logistics systems.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Looker. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, lead UAT, and drive process improvements in a fast‑growing automotive tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with impact assessment.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and enterprise architectures; Python scripting a plus.
• Fluent in English and local market language; Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to design technology solutions.
• Validate solutions against business needs and user expectations.
• Lead UAT and coordinate validation activities for deployments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials.
• Provide functional support, user training, and system administration for critical apps.
• Manage key systems including CRM, Digital Marketing, Dealer Systems, and API integrations.
